To Do
Here's a list of things I'm working on, or intend to work on, or would like to do sometime:
- Continue marking up Sir Walter Scott's books.
- Migrate all author pages to locate them with the works of that author. This will effectively create a separate, self-contained collection for each author, which could, for example, allow a user to download the entire collection for an author. I've already done this for Trollope and Scott, and I've started on Aristotle. Lot of work.
- Finish marking up RLS. I had him almost done about four years ago, but got sidetracked. (And didn't have the energy to tackle his poetry and plays.)
- Improve markup of the plays of Aeschylus. Need to do something with those strophe/antistrophe things.
- Continue updating of works I did sometime ago. Every multi-part ebook needs a "complete" single file version. Document info ("title verso") needs updating, etc.
- Investigate TEI encoding as a possible "master" encoding for each ebook. This would be a major project, so I must restrain my enthusiasm until I'm sure the benefits are there.
- And there's always more that can be done, to any ebook. Even if the markup is right up to date and "perfected" in terms of presentation, there are things that can be added. For example, letters within a text can be identified as such (using <div class="quote letter">).
