Biographical note

Vera Jelihovsky or Zhelikhovsky, (Ве́ра Петро́вна Желихо́вская) was a Russian writer, mostly of children's stories. She also wrote fantastic stories with heroes having secret knowledge like Cornelius Agrippa, shamans, and Oriental magicians.

She is the sister of H.P. Blavatsky.
